Francis Kerschner Myers (March 7, 1874 – August 2, 1940) was a United States federal judge. Born in Wilmington, North Carolina, Myers read law to enter the bar in 1896. He was in private practice in Charleston, South Carolina from 1896 to 1908. He was a law clerk and court reporter, Charleston Circuit Court, South Carolina from 1898 to 1908. He was a Master in equity, Charleston County Court of Equity, South Carolina from 1908 to 1934. Myers was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of South Carolina. Myers was nominated by President Franklin D. Roosevelt on June 6, 1934, to a seat vacated by Ernest F. Cochran. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on June 9, 1934, and received his commission on June 14, 1934.
